Vale Blinds Direct Wholesale/Trade Agreement
By applying for a wholesaler account you agree to the following:
- Turnover to Exceed £2,500 within a 12 month period or
- Turnover to exceed £500.00 per calendar month for 3 consecutive months
- Full Wholesale Discount will be be retrospective after a four month period
- Delivery may be directly from our manufacturers and may involve minimum quantity
- Returns for faulty or damaged goods may be made monthly
- Vale Blinds Direct withhold the right to terminate this agreement without notice at our discretion.
