Delivery of all Genuine Velux Products are FOC.
All other products are £4.95 (FREE of charge if over £50.00) UK Mainland
All Product to Southern Ireland Including Velux are charged at a standard rate of £24.50,Please contact us if you are outside these areas.
Please also note:- all deliverys should be check and if damaged should be signed for as damaged !

Genuine Velux Blinds 7-10 Working Day Delivery
7-10 Day Delivery is free to all UK postcode addresses.
TNT makes delivery. You can, if you wish, have the blinds delivered to a work address, please give these details at the time of the order. A full correct postcode is essential.
Orders placed on a Friday after 4pm will be delivered approximately 7-10 Days from the following Monday Deliveries are not made on a Saturday Sunday or Bank/Public Holidays. Please take that into account when placing your order.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box.
If, for any reason, you decide that you wish to return the Velux blinds or change any information on your order, please note that we will raise a charge of £7.50 to cover our costs in arranging collection. This charge will apply in all instances unless the blinds that you receive are different to those ordered or are damaged/faulty upon receipt
We will send returns labels to you, when these arrive, affix the label to the original packing, seal/secure the blinds, and take into any Post Office for return to Velux. If you have requested replacement blinds, these are normally dispatched at the same time.
All blinds are dispatched direct from the Velux factory in Denmark. They are delivered in the UK by TNT and DHL in all other destinations i.e. Northern Ireland, Jersey etc
If you would like us to track your order, please leave at least 7 working days from the day the order was placed before contacting us.
All Customers outside of UK mainland including Southern Ireland :-If you wish to return a product please contact us First
If you have recieved a product that we have supplied and we have made an error then Vale Blinds Direct Ltd will arrange carriage,unfortunatly if it is a client error Vale Blinds Diract Ltd will not be liable for transpoertation cost.
